Take the opportunity today to finish something you have started.
It could be a book that’s been hanging around for a while. It could be the de-cluttering of that room you started a couple of weeks ago, or a hundred other things.
The important thing is to go finish it – today!
Then decide that that was the impetus for finishing a lot of stuff that’s half done in your life. Start finishing things, get in to the habit of seeing stuff through to completion. All the loose ends in our lives can really be stressful. We have real ‘to do’ lists and we have virtual ‘to do’ lists.
You know how good you feel when most of the stuff is ticked off on your physical list, think how good you’ll feel when your mind is clearer of things to do too.
There’ll be more space to think.
